Asking for help is the bravest thing we can do.

Sometimes we feel like we can’t explain what’s wrong, but we might have feelings, or concerns, that worry us and we don’t know who to share them with, for lots of reasons.

The College has a full-time wellbeing mentor on site, who is a trained mental health first aider.

If you would like to refer yourself to this service, please use the self referral form below. Once received, and reviewed, you will be sent an email to your College email account within 48 hours. This service is available term time only, Monday-Friday, within school hours.  Referrals are not monitored out of school hours. For example, if you send a referral after 3pm on Friday, until 8am on Monday, you will receive a reply by Wednesday morning. If it is a school holiday you will receive a reply 48 hours after we return to school. It is important you check your school email.

If you feel you cannot wait 48 hours for a response, please speak to an appropriate adult, call 111, Option 2, or attend your local A and E Department. If there is an urgent and immediate need for help please call 999.
